3-Day Mikumi & Udzungwa Hike

After breakfast, you’ll head to Udzungwa Mountains National Park for a half-day hike through lush tropical rainforest, home to rare plant species and endemic primates. As you ascend the trails, you’ll enjoy stunning views and the chance to spot wildlife such as colobus monkeys and vibrant birdlife. After the hike, you’ll return to your hotel for a well-deserved rest and a relaxing evening.

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll be transferred by minibus/jeep to the train station, where you’ll catch the 9:50 AM SGR express train back to Dar es Salaam. You'll enjoy a comfortable journey as you reflect on the amazing wildlife and adventure of your safari. You’ll arrive back in Dar es Salaam in the afternoon, bringing your unforgettable Mikumi safari to a close. When you arrive in Dar es Salaam, our driver will pick you up at the train station and drop you off at your hotel.
